PRAGMATIC FEATURES OF K. RAKHMANOV’S POETRY

Abstract

This article analyzes the lexical and pragmatic features of poetic expressions used in the works of Kenesbay Rakhmanov. Particular attention is paid to the contextual meanings of figurative lexical units and their social, emotional, and evaluative functions beyond their direct lexical meanings. The study also examines the role of metaphor, irony, contrast, and phraseological expressions in conveying the poet’s communicative intentions and authorial position. Pragmatic units in K. Rakhmanov’s poetry play an important role in revealing such issues as human behavior, speech culture, respect for parents, the responsibility of teachers, and the literary environment. The analysis demonstrates that the poet uses lexical units in accordance with their contextual meanings and guides the reader toward particular interpretations and evaluations.
