Abstract

Effective management of patients belonging to dispensary (follow-up) groups, who predominantly suffer from chronic non-communicable diseases, represents an important organizational challenge for healthcare systems worldwide. Traditional models often have limitations such as fragmented processes, poor patient adherence to treatment regimens, and the provision of medical care only after a problem has occurred (a reactive approach). The implementation of digital technologies and intelligent clinical decision-support systems creates significant opportunities to reorganize and optimize these processes. This article aims to analyze the organizational and management aspects of optimizing medical care for patients in dispensary groups through the use of digital healthcare tools and clinical decision support systems (CDSS), with a focus on improving clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and coordination of medical care.
