Abstract

This article discusses the issues of responsibility for the production of counterfeit drugs, the sale of low-quality drugs and the consequences of their acceptance, the regulation of the pharmaceutical production process as a separate link, the main elements of controlling the number of fake drugs in the world, and several proposals are put forward within the framework of the topic.
