Abstract

Ushbu maqola O‘zbekiston sharoitida quyosh panellarida to‘plangan chang tarkibini o‘rganishga bag‘ishlangan. Tadqiqotda quyosh panellari yuzasida chang qatlami qalinligining samaradorlikka va yorug‘lik o‘tkazuvchanligiga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Paneldan olingan chang namunalari laboratoriyada tahlil qilinib, uning asosiy tarkibiy qismlari aniqlandi. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, chang qatlami panellar samaradorligini 15-25% gacha pasaytiradi va yorug‘lik o‘tkazuvchanligini sezilarli darajada kamaytiradi. Tadqiqot yakunida quyosh panellarining samaradorligini oshirish uchun avtomatlashtirilgan tozalash tizimlarini joriy etish va maxsus qoplamalar ishlatish bo‘yicha takliflar berildi.
