Abstract

The article examines the use of social networks as a platform for distance learning for migrant workers. It evaluates the role of social networks in overcoming educational barriers such as language and cultural isolation, as well as problems with access to traditional educational resources. The advantages and disadvantages of this approach are considered, such as accessibility, flexibility, intercultural communication, as well as challenges associated with access to the Internet, low levels of digital literacy and motivation of migrants. Examples of successful projects are given and recommendations for improving educational practices for migrant workers through social networks are offered.
