Abstract
This article discusses the role of e-learning in higher education, the approach to e-learning, e-learning resources, public policy on digitalization of education, brief theoretical foundations of digital education and ways of using e-learning resources. When creating a mathematical model of drug production using experimental and statistical methods, the calculations are presented in the EXCEL program, which is one of the electronic learning tools.
