ISSUE OF IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF EDUCATION AND TRANSPARENCY IN THE TEACHING OF PHYSICS IN HIGHER AND SECONDARY EDUCATION SYSTEMS

Abstract
In this article, we have analyzed the current state of physics teaching in higher and secondary education systems, which aspects should be changed, and in which parts of education it is necessary more to use of information technologies. We first analyzed at the secondary education system, and then at the higher education system.
