Abstract

New terms formed in the national language, activation or passivity of the meanings of linguistic-speech units according to objective conditions, addressing the long and recent history of the role and place of government and state leaders in language policy. Issues such as the language of artistic creation and the language of science can be perfected only if they serve a single national language
