Abstract
This article analyzes various theories and concepts about the evolution of the prosecutor's office of Uzbekistan, its history, the genesis of the formation and development of the prosecutor's office, as well as the content and evolution of its systems. The article analyzes the foundations of the emergence and development of the prosecutor's office, its essence and various theories concerning its activities.
