Yangi O‘zbekiston sharoitida korxonalarning kadrlarning kasbiy salohiyatiga bo‘lgan mavjud talab va ehtiyojlarini inobatga olgan holda kadrlarni kasbga tayyorlash tizimi muntazam takomillashtirilib borilmoqda. Jumladan, “mamlakatimizda, eng avvalo, yangi ish o‘rinlari tashkil etish va tadbirkorlik tashabbuslarini faol qo‘llab-quvvatlash hisobidan aholi, ayniqsa, yoshlar farovonligini oshirish borasida izchil ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda. Shu bilan birga, ushbu sohadagi vazifalarni hal etish mehnat bozorining, shu jumladan joylarda tashkil etilayotgan yirik korxonalar va klasterlarning ehtiyojlarini hisobga olgan holda, yuqori malakali ishchi mutaxassislarni tayyorlashning samarali tizimini yaratish zaruratini keltirib chiqarmoqda”
