This article gives information about integration of mindfulness practices in language classrooms and its effective strategies for student outcomes. Drawing upon existing literature and insights from notable researchers, this research paper the methods and their benefits associated with incorporating mindfulness practices for language learners in enhancing student well-being, academic performance, and overall educational experience.
