Abstrak:

Ushbu tezisda mehnat jamoasidagi psixologik iqlim tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari va tashkilot faoliyatiga hamda uning ish  samaradorligiga ta’siri yoritiladi. Psixologik iqlim tashkilot psixologiyasining muhim kategoriyalaridan biri bo‘lib, jamoa a’zolari o‘rtasidagi emotsional, kommunikativ va ijtimoiy munosabatlar tizimini ifodalaydi. U jamoaning ichki ruhiy muhitini belgilaydi hamda mehnat unumdorligi, motivatsiya va tashkilot barqarorligiga bevosita ta’sir ko‘rsatadi.
