OPTIMIZATION OF THE PREVENTION OF ALLERGIC DISEASES AND BRONCHIAL ASTHMA IN CHILDREN IN ENVIRONMENTALLY UNFAVORABLE CONDITIONS
Main Article Content
Аннотация:
Allergic diseases and bronchial asthma in children are increasingly prevalent, especially in environmentally unfavorable regions. This study aims to optimize prevention by identifying modifiable risk factors associated with disease severity and asthma control. A total of 317 children aged 1–18 years will be examined, including patients with allergic diseases, controlled asthma, uncontrolled asthma, and healthy controls. Clinical, epidemiological, laboratory, and functional respiratory assessments will be performed. Particular attention will be paid to passive smoking, recurrent respiratory infections, housing conditions, and vitamin D deficiency. The study is expected to improve risk stratification, preventive interventions, and long-term outcomes in vulnerable pediatric populations.
