Abstrak

Ushbu maqolada dori vositalarining inson organizmida, ayniqsa jigarda kechadigan biotransformatsiya jarayonlari hamda sitoxrom P450 (CYP450) ferment tizimining toksikologik ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Jigarda sodir bo‘ladigan I va II faza metabolik reaksiyalar, fermentlarning dori moddalarini faollashtirish yoki zararsizlantirishdagi roli yoritilgan. Shuningdek, CYP450 fermentlarining induksiyasi va ingibitsiyasi natijasida yuzaga keladigan dori vositalari o‘zaro ta’siri, nojo‘ya reaksiyalar hamda dori bilan bog‘liq zaharlanishlarning rivojlanish mexanizmlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Maqolada zamonaviy ilmiy manbalar asosida biotransformatsiya jarayonining farmatsevtik va toksikologik ahamiyati baholangan hamda individual yondashuvning zarurligi ta’kidlangan.
