This article analyzes the importance of psychological recovery tools in reducing mental stress, emotional fatigue, and psychological pressure experienced by runners during sports activities. The study highlights the effectiveness of autogenic training, meditation, music therapy, breathing exercises, and psychological relaxation methods in maintaining athletes’ emotional stability, increasing motivation, and reducing stress during training and competitions. Furthermore, the positive impact of psychological recovery methods on runners’ emotional resilience, self-confidence, and athletic performance is scientifically substantiated. The research findings indicate that regular use of psychological recovery techniques accelerates both mental and physical recovery processes and contributes to achieving higher sports results.References
