Abstract

This article is devoted to identifying stress and anxiety conditions among school students, analyzing their causes, and studying effective methods of psychological assistance. Within the framework of the research, standardized psychodiagnostic methods were used to assess the levels of stress and anxiety among students. The obtained results showed that a significant proportion of students experience various levels of stress and anxiety associated with factors such as academic workload, peer relationships, and family environment. The study also evaluated the effectiveness of a comprehensive psychological support program that included individual and group psychological counseling, relaxation techniques, and elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy. In conclusion, the necessity of a systematic approach to the prevention and management of stress and anxiety in school settings is emphasized, as it is of great importance for students’ academic success and overall mental health.
