Abstrak

Mazkur maqolada O‘zbekistonda nogironligi bo‘lgan bolalar uchun inklyuziv ta’limni rivojlantirish jarayonida maktab rahbarining o‘rni, boshqaruv kompetensiyalari hamda “Inclusive School Leadership Model”ni yaratish zarurati tahlil qilinadi. Inklyuziv maktab rahbarligi faqat ma’muriy boshqaruv emas, balki ta’lim muhitini barcha bolalar uchun ochiq, xavfsiz, teng va qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi tizimga aylantirish jarayoni sifatida yoritiladi. Maqolada xalqaro hujjatlar, milliy normativ-huquqiy asoslar hamda maktab amaliyotida qo‘llanishi mumkin bo‘lgan rahbarlik mexanizmlari asosida mualliflik modeli taklif etiladi.
