Abstrak

Streptozotsin (STZ) bilan keltirilgan eksperimental qandli diabet (QD) modelida jigar mikrosomal oksidlanish fenotipining — tez (TO) va sekin (SO) oksidlovchilarning — uglevod hamda lipid almashinuvi ko'rsatkichlariga qanday ta'sir ko'rsatishini aniqlash. Wistar zotli erkak kalamushlar (n=32) streptozotsin (60 mg/kg, in peritoneumga) yordamida diabetik model shakllantirildi. Antipirin testi asosida hayvonlar TO (n=12) va SO (n=10) subguruhlariga ajratildi, nazorat guruhi (n=10) amalda sog'lom hayvonlardan iborat bo'ldi. Glyukoza, insulin, HbA1c, HOMA-IR, lipidlar spektri, MDA, SOD, katalaza va CYP2E1 aktivligi o'lchandi. Ma'lumotlar Kruskal-Wallis va Mann-Whitney U testlari yordamida tahlil qilindi (SPSS v.26). SO guruhida och qorindagi glyukoza darajasi nazoratga nisbatan 4,3 barobar ortdi (22,4±1,8 vs 5,2±0,3 mmol/L, p<0,001), GTT-120 da normalizatsiya kuzatilmadi. TO guruhida esa CYP2E1 faolligi nazorat qiymatidan 2,8 barobar yuqori chiqdi (1,18±0,09 vs 0,42±0,03 nmol/min/mg), MDA 2,2 barobar, SOD esa 2,3 barobar pasaydi (p<0,001). Lipid spektrida TO guruhida PZLP-XS ustunlik qilsa (4,2±0,3 mmol/L), SO guruhida jigarda diffuz trigliserid to'planishi kuzatildi.
