Abstrak

Saraton hujayralari yuzasidagi glikanlar tarkibining kimyoviy o‘zgarishi metastazlanish fiziologiyasining fundamental asosi hisoblanadi. Mazkur ishda hujayra membranasining hipersialillanishi immun tizimidan qochish va adgeziya mexanizmlarini boshqarishi tahlil qilinadi. O‘simta mikromuhitidagi lektin-uglevod interaksiyalari yangi turdagi target terapiya uchun asosiy nishon sifatida baholanadi.
