Abstract

This scientific article is devoted to a comprehensive study of the image of a female leader, in which the personal, professional, and social qualities of a woman leader are analyzed. The factors influencing the formation of image, including appearance, speech culture, leadership ability, and psychological stability, are highlighted. In addition, the role of a female leader's image in organizational effectiveness, its impact on team environment, as well as its importance in the development of gender equality in society are substantiated.
