Abstrak

This article provides a theoretically grounded analysis of the constitutional system and national symbols of the United States. It argues that the American political system is sustained not only by institutional design but also by symbolic frameworks that reinforce legitimacy and national identity. Drawing on political philosophy, constitutional theory, and semiotics, the study demonstrates that national symbols serve as instruments of ideological continuity. The research integrates classical theories with contemporary interpretations to explain the evolving relationship between governance and symbolism.
