This article analyzes modern methods of developing communicative competence in English language teaching. The study focuses on the integrated development of the four core language skills—listening, speaking, reading, and writing—through the communicative approach. It also discusses pedagogical challenges and provides practical recommendations for improving English language teaching in higher education.References
