Аннотация

Antibiotiklarga chidamli mikroorganizmlarning dunyo bo‘ylab keng tarqalishi sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi oldidagi eng muhim muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Mavjud antibiotiklarning samaradorligi pasayib borayotganligi sababli yangi antimikrob preparatlarni yaratishga ehtiyoj ortmoqda. Ushbu ishda biologik faol birikmalarning antibiotiklarga chidamli mikroorganizmlarga qarshi ta'siri, ularning farmakologik xususiyatlari hamda yangi preparatlar yaratishdagi istiqbollari tahlil qilindi. Shuningdek, biologik faol birikmalar asosida yaratilayotgan nanozarrachali tizimlar va kombinatsiyalangan preparatlarning afzalliklari ko‘rib chiqildi.
