Аннотация

Maqolada kuch transformatorlarining ish jarayonida sodir bo'ladigan qizib ketish va yuklanish hodisalarini real vaqt rejimida (onlayn) kuzatib borishning zamonaviy usullari ko'rib chiqilgan. Transformator izolyatsiyasining xizmat muddatini belgilovchi asosiy omillar — yog' harorati, chulg'amlarning qaynoq nuqta harorati (HotSpot), yuklanish koeffitsienti va tashqi muhit harorati o'rtasidagi bog'liqlik tahlil qilingan. Datchiklar, mikrokontrollerlar (ESP32, STM32), simli va simsiz aloqa kanallari, SCADA tizimlari hamda bulutli xizmatlardan foydalangan holda kompleks onlayn monitoring tizimi taklif etilgan. IEC 60076-7 standartiga muvofiq matematik modellar keltirilgan va laboratoriya tajribasi natijalari bilan tasdiqlangan. Tajribada 10 kVA quvvatli sinov transformatori turli yuklanish bosqichlarida (50%, 75%, 100%, 120%) sinovdan o'tkazilib, harorat dinamikasi o'lchangan. Olingan natijalar matematik modelga mos kelishi tasdiqlandi.
