Boshqaruv xodimlari mehnati samaradorligini baholash va uni takomillashtirishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqotning asosiy maqsadi korxonalarda boshqaruv faoliyati natijadorligini oshirishga xizmat qiluvchi samarali baholash mexanizmlarini aniqlash hamda ularni amaliyotga tatbiq etish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Tadqiqot jarayonida tizimli tahlil, qiyosiy taqqoslash, iqtisodiy-statistik usullar, kuzatish va KPI asosidagi baholash metodlaridan foydalanildi. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, boshqaruv xodimlari faoliyatini aniq mezonlar asosida baholash mehnat unumdorligini oshirish, qaror qabul qilish sifatini yaxshilash va korxona raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirishga xizmat qilishi aniqlandi. Shuningdek, rag‘batlantirish tizimini samaradorlik ko‘rsatkichlari bilan bog‘lash boshqaruv jarayonlarida mas’uliyat va natijadorlikni oshirishi asoslab berildi. Tadqiqotning ilmiy-amaliy ahamiyati boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirishga qaratilgan taklif va tavsiyalarning korxona faoliyatida qo‘llanish imkoniyati bilan izohlanadi.Библиографические ссылки
