Аннотация

Mazkur tezisda iste’mol tovarlari bozorida iste’molchi xulq-atvorini o‘rganishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida AQSH, Yaponiya va Germaniya mamlakatlarida iste’molchi xulq-atvorini tadqiq etishda qo‘llaniladigan yondashuvlar hamda xarid qaroriga ta’sir etuvchi psixologik, ijtimoiy va iqtisodiy omillar o‘rganildi. Tahlil natijasida ushbu modellarni O‘zbekiston sharoitiga moslashtirish zarurligi ko‘rsatib berildi. Tadqiqot natijasida iste’molchi xulq-atvorini chuqur tahlil qilish korxonalarning raqobatbardoshligini oshirishga qaratilgan ilmiy-amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqildi.
