This article examines the modern concept of Russian language teaching content in higher education institutions, aimed at forming students' speech culture related to mastering all types of speech activity, rules, and ways of using language in various spheres of communication. Working on the main types of speech activity involves solving a whole complex of theoretical and practical problems, which is a necessary condition for enhancing speech culture.References
