This article analyzes the legal foundations and mechanisms of state administration in the field of environmental protection in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also highlights the role, functions, and powers of state bodies in implementing environmental policy, as well as directions for improving their activities. The article provides recommendations for developing existing legal mechanisms and ensuring sustainable environmental governance.References
