Ushbu tadqiqotda endometriy adenokarsinomasida insulin rezistentligi va PI3K/AKT/mTOR signal yo‘li markerlarining diagnostik hamda prognostik ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Tadqiqotga FIGO 2018 tasnifiga ko‘ra I–III bosqichdagi 105 nafar bemor va 40 nafar sog‘lom ayol jalb qilindi. Qonda insulin, glukoza va IGF-1 darajalari aniqlanib, HOMA-IR indeksi hisoblandi. O‘sma to‘qimalarida p-AKT, p-mTOR va PTEN ekspressiyasi immunogistokimyoviy usulda baholandi.References
