Abstract

This article examines the role, operating principles, and application possibilities of intelligent sensor systems in ensuring radiation safety. The capabilities of modern sensor technologies for real-time radiation monitoring, automatic data processing, and rapid warning of hazardous situations are analyzed. Special attention is given to the integration of the Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence technologies into radiation control systems, which significantly improve monitoring efficiency and enable the timely detection of potential radiation hazards. The study results demonstrate that intelligent sensor systems are an important tool for ensuring radiation safety, protecting human health, and safeguarding the environment from the harmful effects of ionizing radiation.
