Abstract

Kimyoterapevtik preparatlarga nisbatan patogen shtammlarning rezistentligi ortib borayotgan bugungi sharoitda, biologik nishonlar bilan mustahkam bog‘lana oladigan politsiklik tizimlarni modifikatsiya qilish alohida ahamiyatga ega [1]. Xinazolin-4-on xalqasi tabiiy alkaloidlar va sintetik dori vositalarining asosi bo‘lib, mikroblarga, zamburug‘larga va o‘smalarga qarshi yuqori faollik namoyish etadi [2, 3]. Ushbu tizimning 2-holatidagi tiol (–SH) guruhini alkillash molekulaning gidrofob-lipofil balansini (log P) muvozanatlashga va hujayra qobig‘i orqali passiv diffuziyani kuchaytirishga xizmat qiladi [4]. Biroq, ushbu karkasdagi laktam-laktim vation-tiol tautomeriyasi tufayli alkillanish reaksiyalarining regioselektivligini ta'minlash hamda olingan hosilalarning spektral qonuniyatlarini o‘rganish tizimli tadqiqotlarni talab etadi [5].
