The article examines the dynamics of remote banking services in the banking sector of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with a focus on changes in the competitive structure of the market under the influence of digital and mobile-first banks. Based on data from the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the study analyzes the growth in the number of users of remote banking systems in 2025, as well as changes in the market positions of selected banks, including TBC Bank, ANOR BANK, UZUM Bank and AVO Bank. The article notes that the development of remote banking services is associated not only with an increase in the number of users, but also with the transition of the banking sector from a branch-oriented model to a platform-based model of competition. It is concluded that the future competitiveness of banks will depend on the quality of mobile applications, the speed of remote service delivery, the convenience of the digital ecosystem and the ability of banks to retain customers in the online environment.References
