THE ROLE OF ABDUMAJIDOV GAFUR ABDUMAJIDOVICH IN THE JURISPRUDENCE

Abstract

This article analyzes the life path, scientific and pedagogical activity, and the immense contribution to the development of the national legislative system of Professor Gafur Abdumajidov, a prominent representative of the legal school of Uzbekistan. The author highlights the scientist's fundamental research in the fields of criminal law, criminalistics, and constitutional law, particularly his scientific heritage on the methodology of crime detection. Furthermore, G. Abdumajidov’s long-term experience in investigative and judicial practice, along with his role in training young legal personnel, is elucidated.
