Abstract

This article analyzes the theoretical and practical aspects of teacher psychology. It explores the teacher`s personality-psychological characteristics, emotional state during pedagogical activity, and methods for establishing effective communication with students. Additionally, the impact of core qualities such as a teacher`s pedagogical abilities, mastery, professional competence, and stress tolerance on educational effectiveness is highlighted.
