Abstract

Countable and uncountable nouns are an important part of English grammar. Learners need to understand how to use them correctly in speaking and writing. Countable nouns can be counted and have singular and plural forms, while uncountable nouns cannot usually be counted individually. This article explains the characteristics of both noun types, common grammar rules, and practical teaching methods. It also focuses on activities that improve learners’ confidence and communication abilities through contextual and interactive learning.
