This thesis studies the theoretical and practical aspects of improving the strategic management system based on artificial intelligence and digital technologies. The importance of artificial intelligence technologies in the effective organization of enterprise activities, rapid adoption of management decisions and increasing competitiveness in the digital economy is highlighted. During the study, mechanisms for increasing enterprise efficiency by integrating Big Data, ERP, CRM and AI technologies into the strategic management system are substantiated.References
