Abstract

This article analyzes the role and importance of legal expertise in improving the quality of regulatory legal documents and preventing legal defects. It also highlights the reforms aimed at improving the quality of regulatory legal documents in the Republic of Uzbekistan. It also discusses the research of several scholars on legal expertise.
