This article examines the pressing legal issues surrounding the regulation of online education platforms in the era of digital innovation. A comparative analysis of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and foreign states the USA, the European Union, China, and Russia is conducted. The study identifies the dynamic growth rates of the online education market, the insufficiency of digital legal norms, weaknesses in licensing procedures, and mechanisms for monitoring the quality of education. The article is based on statistical data and the regulatory framework for the period 2020–2025, and develops specific recommendations for improving the regulation of online education.References
