Abstract

Food and drink are among the most important elements of human life. They are necessary not only for physical survival but also for cultural identity, social communication, and emotional well-being. Every nation has its own traditional cuisine, eating customs, and food-related values that reflect its history and lifestyle. In the modern world, globalization, technological development, and fast food culture have significantly influenced people’s eating habits. This article discusses the importance of food and drink in modern society, the role of healthy nutrition, traditional and international cuisine, and the social and cultural significance of meals. The article also examines the positive and negative effects of modern eating trends and emphasizes the importance of preserving healthy food traditions.
