Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the impact of modern information and communication technologies on the process of foreign language learning. Particular attention is given to the role of mobile applications, online platforms, and artificial intelligence-based systems in developing linguistic competencies. The study highlights the potential of technology to support personalized learning, enhance interactivity, and improve overall learning efficiency. Additionally, the paper addresses the challenges and limitations associated with the digital learning environment.
