This article analyzes the main directions of credit policy in Uzbekistan and its role in the development of entrepreneurial activity. In particular, the mechanisms of financial support for small businesses and private entrepreneurs in the country, the system of bank loans, preferential lending programs, and the favorable economic environment created by the state are widely covered. The article also scientifically substantiates the reforms being implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to improve credit policy, increase the efficiency of commercial banks, optimize interest rates, and rational use of credit resources. In supporting entrepreneurship, special attention is paid to state programs, including subsidies, guarantee mechanisms, and a system of privileges. In addition, the article analyzes the impact of credit policy on the development of the real sector, its contribution to job creation, employment, and economic growth. Based on a comparative analysis with foreign experience, proposals and recommendations are developed for the further development of the credit system in Uzbekistan. The results of this study are of significant scientific and practical importance in improving credit policy, stimulating entrepreneurship, and strengthening economic stability.References
