This article analyzes the complex impact of the digital economy on the labor market from a scientific, theoretical and practical perspective. The issues of the emergence of new professions and specialties, the expansion of remote work forms, the development of the platform economy, and the increase in labor productivity as a result of the digitalization process are highlighted. At the same time, negative consequences such as technological unemployment, the skills gap, and the increase in income inequality are also considered. The article pays special attention to the issues of human capital, modernization of the education system, and increasing digital literacy. The research results show that the transformation of the labor market in the digital economy is a complex and multi-stage process, and through proper management and institutional reforms, it can become an important factor in economic growth.References
