Abstract

This study examines the transformation of human capital in the context of the digital economy, with particular reference to the Khorezm region. In the 21st century, rapid advancements in digital technologies, artificial intelligence, big data, and automation are fundamentally reshaping economic systems. As a result, the traditional understanding of human capital-primarily defined by education and professional qualifications-is no longer sufficient. The modern labor market increasingly demands digital literacy, analytical thinking, creativity, adaptability, and technological competencies.
