CAUSAL LINK IN CRIMES COMMITTED BY MEDICAL WORKERS THROUGH NEGLIGENCE

Abstract

This article analyzes the problem of causal link in crimes committed by medical workers through negligence. Proving causation in criminal law, especially in cases related to medical errors, presents a complex challenge. The article reveals such forms of negligence as recklessness and carelessness, as well as their connection with consequences. In addition, it shows the role of independent factors that break the causal chain, and the importance of forensic medical examination conclusions.
