Abstract
In the 21st century, as technology rapidly advances, artificial intelligence (AI) is driving innovation across various fields. From programming to art and creative work, AI-generated content can be nearly indistinguishable from human-created works. However, this raises important questions in the field of copyright law: Who owns the content created by AI? Can artificial intelligence be recognized as an author? This article explores the issues surrounding AI and copyright, different approaches taken by various countries, and potential legal challenges in the future.
