WAYS TO IMPROVE EARLY PREVENTION OF FRAUD-RELATED OFFENSES IN VIRTUAL SPACE

Abstract

This article discusses the state of fraud crimes committed in the virtual world in recent years, their detection, elimination of the causes and conditions for their occurrence, as well as factors that positively influence the effectiveness of preventing such crimes. Proposals have been developed to increase the effectiveness of preventive measures against virtual fraud cases from a practical standpoint.
