ORGANIZATION OF PREVENTION MEASURES AGAINST FRAUDULENT OFFENSES IN VIRTUAL SPACE

Abstract

This article discusses the organization of preventive measures against fraudulent offenses in virtual space, particularly focusing on cyberculture, approaches to its development, operational and investigative prevention of these crimes, and other related aspects. The article also presents proposals aimed at increasing the effectiveness of prevention strategies against virtual fraud cases.
