KEY RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE LEASE AGREEMENT

Abstract
This article provides detailed information on the essence, terms, rights, and obligations of the parties in a lease agreement, as well as the legal consequences that may arise upon the breach of the agreement. This information is crucial for both lessors and lessees, as it enhances legal literacy and helps prevent future legal disputes.
