Abstract

Physical development of children and adolescents is one of the main aspects of their health and general well-being. Current trends show that the increase in time spent by children on gadget screens leads to the deterioration of physical fitness and health of the younger generation. In this regard, folk games, which not only contribute to physical development, but are part of the cultural heritage of the people, can play a special role.
