Abstract

Commercialization of innovative developments, allocation of grant funds to high-tech startup projects within the framework of State Scientific Programs up to 2 billion rubles; information on the procedure for lending to individual entrepreneurs in the ATB system in national currency by transferring them to an international “business card” through the practice of conversion in non-cash form.
